My Parents are on non immigrant visa holder since year 2007 . I got my citizenship in 2020 , now they are recently visiting me here in States . I would like to know to know if i filled for I-485 for my parents while they are here , how long it will take to get approve . my second question is while under pending status can they travel to India for few months to take care my grandmother ?.
