Question on Freedom of Info Act - who's the "subject of record" - beneficiary or you?

Hoping someone has filed the FOIA in the past for an application for a beneficiary (family)…

If you have filed a FOIA for a family member (who is the beneficiary of your i-130 application) and you are the Applicant, who is the "subject of record" in the FOIA form? Should that be you (since it was your data that got submitted to the government), or is the subject of record the beneficiary of the i-130?
