Clarity on the process after I130 Approved

A little confused on the process.

1. Do we need to submit 485 before dealing with NVC Process?
2. We selected to apply for Adjustment of status here in US while starting the I130. However, I see on NVC site, my parents Interview location is set to Mumbai. Can that be moved here?
