TAX credit for GC parents

My parents got GC 2 months back. They came in Jan 2010 and planning to stay till end of year. How much additional tax will I get back when I claim them as dependents for 2010? I spent about $3400 for their GC ( fee for I 130, I485 and medical medical check up). Is this amount $3400 tax deductible?
Is the monthly premium for their medical insurance also tax deductible?

GC fees are not tax deductible.

Medical insurance premiums are tax deductible only to the extent they exceed 7.5% of your income.
