To whom it may concern,
I am victim of marriage fraud. I am a US born citizen, and married a man from another country. After 3 mo of marriage he left me.. During the marriage he had been abusing me. I filed for divorce and was granted the divorce based on cruel and inhuman treatment. This was recieved in nov 2007. I have sent all my paper to USCIS. I have not heard anything from any organizations for a marriage interview? what steps do I need to take to have him removed from this country? or to have an interview with USCIS?
