Hello to everyone,
Please help me out of anyone is familiar with the situation.
My brother was approved for getting the visa in 2015 (family reunion through our mother - American Citizen). His case had been in NVC.
By that time he had got married and had become a father. So he never even used that visa or do anything about it.
We re-applied for changed status in 2019 and were expecting an answer but we didn't get any notice.
After years of doubt he and his wife decide to give it a try and check his status.
It's been 2 years of wait (loss of time in doubts, apparently). We checked his Case status and we need any information about it, it seems very vague to us.
We required info through the link provided in the letter:

"On April 16, 2020, we revoked the approval of your case, Receipt Number WAC--------, and mailed you a revocation notice. It explains the reasons for our action. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. If you do not receive your revocation notice by April 30, 2020, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address".

We are very much worried about this situation as he now wants him and his family to move to the US and unite with the rest of the family.
Please let me know if you know anything about a case being revoked like this.
