Hi All,

My brother applied F4 category on 2010 (PD sept 2010 (India)) and I130 got approved on 2014. Two years back I came to USA by H1B visa. As my PD is not current, Is there any possibility can I expedite my case? I was waiting close to 12 yrs and do not see much movement.
