I have the following queries.
My wife ( when unmarried) went to US on a GC in 1994, then she returned back to India for her studies. She then again approached US consulate ( in 2001) in India for renewal of GC , she is denied for this.
Now her brother , who is s US citizen has agained filed for I 130 ( for my wife, myself and my son)
Pls advise what is the time frame for her getting the GC, or if anything can be done to expedite this since she had obtained a GC earlier.
