Dear Sir / Ma'am,
I am currently in the US, Florida- I camehere on a B2 from Malaysia and converted to an F1 and enrolled to study for my Bsc. in Nursing. I however lost my sponsor due to the tsunami and later was admitted to hospital due to failed kidneys.
I have been in school for the past 5 years but infortunately my sickness becomes a hindrance and I fail in my exams. I managed to get a student work permit under catagory " ( c) ( 3) ( iii) economic hardship beyond my control ". The hospital where I was admitted a non-profit hospital gave me a weekend night job with my student work permit.
I have a nurse who is willing to sign a marriage cert. , please inform me what are the documen I need to submit to you and the cost involved. She wants to do it just for the sake of helping me stay in the country permanently that I may continue to receive treatment for my sickness. Please reply with your advise thank you.
