F4 2012 priority got welcome letter
Priority date 2012 F4. But I-130 approved in 2020 and got Welcome letter in 2021. Fee payment option is still not open. How long we have to wait. Do we need to wait for all previous years cases to be current then ours will be proceed by NVC (current is 2007)?
