I wounder if all these problems happens only with me or not?.I filed an i 130 for my husband and after a lot of struggle it got approved and then i had to work a lot to get it transferred to nvc,now at nvc it is getting delayed for no reason.my hubby's DS230 was received by nvc on aug 3rd and as per them the case should be completed in 6-8 weeks,and its already 9 weeks and my case is not completed yet.i called nvc somany times and they don't care about it.i am so frustrated.can any body help me
