I am trying to apply for GC for my parents. For Civil documents they need to get PCC. They had lived abroad in few other countries as well other than India. Is it required to get PCC from all the countries or just from India is enough? Also what are the options to get PCC from other countries? So is there any websites that USCIS / NVC mentions from where they can get PCC from other countries?
