My wife (petitioner) filed the petition in May 2020. She filled it out on the computer and submitted the form online. Instead of an actual hand signature she typed in her name (see screenshot below)
How big of an issue might this turn out to be? Will they send RFE and ask to properly sign the form or will it be flat out denied right away?
