F1 to Immigrant visa

Hi,

My fiancée is applying for F1 visa at the end of this year. In case if she is denied F1 then in future will it have any adverse affect while applying for the immigrant visa for her based on the marriage to US citizen?

Or in another scenario, if she gets F1 visa and then later we marry here and apply for her status adjustment, what kind of problems, scenarios one can anticipate ?

Please advise. I will gretly appreciate your help.
