Hello,
I have an outstanding application - a DS260 with an I864 Affidavit of Support (and I864A). These were both filed last year. We've had two rounds of them coming back and asking for W2s and 1099s.
We're about to get to the front of the line again but we're concerned that the new Tax Day is passing and they're going to come back and ask for the 2021 tax return, W2, etc now, even though they weren't complete when we filed.
Does anyone know if this is likely? And if it is, should I upload those documents now under the "Other Documents" section. If I do add extra documents now when we're close to the front of the line will that reset our place in the line (meaning update our submission date to today)?
