    How long to get AOS receipt from USCIS?

    My mothers AOS (485,AP, EAD) application was received by USCIS today by Fedex. How long does it take to get a receipt notice from them? Her I-130 was already filed in December and being 'actively looked into'.

    Usually, around 3-6 weeks. If you filed G-1145 too then you should receive an SMS before the letter with the case number.
    Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
    Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
    Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
