AOS waiting time

Hi every body ,
would you please help me out , I am an LPR and I got the I-130 approval for my wife .The case was transfered recently to NVC .
On September 24th , I paid $88 to let them start the process , sep 27th shown PAID , I sent them also DS-3032 signed by my wife .But I havn't heard any thing from NVC for mre than 2 weeks .should I fill and send them I-864 or do I have to wait untill they ask me to do so .
I keep calling the number 603-334-0700 several times to check the status , it seems like they using only one line .

If you are calling 603-334-0700 then call before 0730am and after 12am Mon-Fri as it is less busy these times or maybe the best is weekends. It is a call center so the whole world starts to call them so it is busy.

Do not fill and send any forms without the intimation of the NVC.

Thank you buDy , that's what I did this morning I called arround 7:30 am and I checked the status it said they will contact me in less than 4 weeks .
I'm going to wait as you said , I'm just excited and want everything to go faster , saving time !

If your AOS fee status shows PAID then you don't have to wait for them to send you the AOS document. You can download the document from their website and fill in the form and send it with necessary supporting docs. Thanks !

Sending I-864 form

I have called the NVC and they ask me now to send the I-864 form , I don't have to wait for them to mail it to me .They told me also that I can pay the IV Application Processing Fees ( $404 ) .Things getting fast now .I was a little bit confused about which form to fill out (I-864 , I-864A , I-864EZ or I-864W ) , but finally I get the right one I need to send them I-864 EZ because im' sponsoring only my wife and I already sent them the I-130.

hello kamalway.. i just want to ask if u have any idea when or how long the nvc will contact us after we send the AOS? for visjig, it's 4 weeks..

Actually, we just received the invoice for AOS on oct.18 as well as the ds-3032. we sent the ds-3032 (which is scanned and signed by me, the beneficiary) to nvc, and paid the AOS fee on oct.19.. it was shown as paid on oct.20.. my husband(the petitioner) called the nvc on oct.21, and he was told that he can now print the document cover sheet and send to nvc the AOS(form I-864EZ) and supporting documents, which he did last oct.22..

Now, there's no invoice yet on the IV fee($404).. are they gonna send us a mailed notice about the payment and the submission of DS-230 and other civil documents or are they gonna review first the AOS before sending us any notice?

You don't have to wait for them once you send the AOS + Fee , just go ahead and pay VI fee online it's $404 , that's what they told me last time I called them .Their system is very slow if you wanna wait it will take so long more than 6 week to mail you the DS-230 .But if you wanna make sure call NVC on the early morning arround 7 am then they will send you an email in the next few days we more details.
now with my case I'm waiting for my wife to send me thedocuments needed for the visa ,it will take another 4-6 weeks to finish all the process with NVC.

hello kamalway, the IV fee just turned up in the online payment page last friday, oct. 29, so we paid it right away.. it's still in process at this moment.. we've already completed all the documents needed to be submitted.. we hope that the status will soon change to PAID so that we can already print the cover sheet and send the documents to the right address that can be found at the cover sheet...
