I am LPR. My I-130 for my husband was approved on Sept 16. The case was entered in the NVC system on October 4th. I got my case# from the NVC automated system. on Oct. 8th I spoke to an operator at NVC. She told me that the first package was already mailed both to me and my husband. My husband has moved to another country and the first package was mailed before we updated the address. So, he might not receive the DS3032. But I should have got my package by now and it should have the DS3032 with the barcode. Since the operator said that the package was mailed to me on the 6th and I haven't received it yet today being the 14th, should I consider the package lost? If none (me or my husband) receive the DS3032 with the barcode is there anyway we can send the DS3032 on our own? Does anyone have any suggestions?
