Digital copy of 485,AP,EAD notices in PDF format online account?
My lawyer Fedexed my moms application end of April and we received receipt notices for all 3 applications by snail mail. My mom also has an online account where she can see all the 3 applications. However I was told that she should also see a digital PDF copy of the receipt notices in the DOCUMENTS tab. She doesn't have it in there and wondering if anyone else can see it or is it even supposed to be there?

I don't have this 'documents' tab.
I can't find information on what to do to make it appear/work.
A friend's parents created an online account to apply for citizenship (they were GC holders already) and the 'documents' tab worked for them.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021

I applied for my moms I-130 online and the DOCUMENTS tab has the I-797 receipt notice. However the 485/EAD/AP can only be mailed and maybe thats why I dont see the notices in online account. I was surprised when someone in a diff forum said they can see the digital notices on DOCUMENTs tab for 485/ead/apComment
