Hello everyone,
I am about to send I-864 form. I am the petitioner. The household size is 3. My tax return for 2009 was low. This year, I am self-employed (I don't have tax return for this year). To support my claim, I am sending copies of two most recent pay-checks (not pay stubs). I am paid be-weekly. Two copies of pay-checks combine a monthly earning. So after I multiplied this amount by 12( months), it results in annual salary. So my current salary according to this estimation is sufficient for household of 3.Do you think that the written contractual agreement with the company and two copies of pay-checks are sufficient to prove my self-employment and annual income? Or do you think I should take a joint sponsor? Ideally I would prefer not to do it, but if necessary, I would take a joint sponsor. So my questions is whether I need to take a joint sponsor or not?
