Missing birth certificate for I-130

My wife is applying for green card for her mom. We have all the documentation except her original birth certificate (or even a copy) or a high school certificate. We are naturalized citizens. Not sure if there is anything else we can provide? We boviously had all this when we applied for our own green card/citizenship and her passport does show her DOB. Please help!
