Hello, I'm new here so apologies if there is somewhere else I should be submitting this, but I checked through previous threads and couldn't find this issue.
My husband and I submitted form I-130 online on 05/02/22. He is a US citizen. Today, 05/19/22 we received a 'Request For Initial Evidence' notice, which says:
What You Need To Do
You must provide the following information in order for us to make a final decision on your case. Please include a copy of ALL pages of this letter with your response.
My husband completed and filed the form online. He signed it electronically when prompted during the process and we have just pulled a PDF copy of the electronic form, which shows all pages 1-18. I don't see how it could even be possible to submit the form online without completing all sections.
I haven't been able to reach a human by phone to clarify what is needed. This seems like an error on their part, does that ever happen?
The only thing I can think to respond with is a copy of the electronic PDF of our completed form I-130.
But I am hesitant to do that in case it's wrong, as I saw 'You only have one opportunity to respond to our notice.'
Does anyone have any advice/guidance on what we should do here?
Thank you!

- Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, was not signed by the petitioner, or the copy that was submitted did not contain all pages of the form.
