Hi all folks,
As a principal GC holder sponsor for my husband, I haven't worked the whole 2010.
My 2009 income is sufficient(125%). I tried hard to find a co-sponsor, noone was willing to help.
So here is my question, as I-864 says I can count on intending immigrant(my husband) assets.
His assets makes 125%*5 adding with my assets(my savings account in U.S. and his savings accounts in europe).
my question is his savings accounts statements summary deliverd by his bank are all french. So i'm gonna send his french savings account summary statements with mine along with I-864 to NVC.
Does NVC translate it? or they will accept it and then determine an interview date for my husband in an embassy and leave these french Bank statements to the U.S. embassy in France to verify and translate?
(his bank doesn't translate them to English)
