Hi all,
My mother willing to fill a petition for me, she is a US citizen. I am 29 years old and unmarried.
I have two questions and i wish someone can answer it ASAP:

1- What documents should we have to send with the I-130 form?
2- I applied for a tourism visa many times and i was refused, is this may reject or affect my application ?

As i read on the internet, i will get my visa after about 4 years, then i will get my green card when arrive at the US. right ?

My question is; is it allowed to enter the US while waiting the green card? For example to visit my family there.
I did not mean a normal visa like anyone can get it, i mean a special visa because i have immigration case number.

I hope you understand my question.

Unfortunately not. I wouldn't even apply for a visa as you have an immigration petition filed on behalf of you.

There are no such special visa for people with immigration case numbers.

Also the best you can do is apply for a tourist visa but to get a tourist visa as your immigration case is current will be very difficult.

Why?

Unfortunately there is no such thing as special treatment. Make sure that you don't get married as your wait will go from 4 years to 8 years.
Next time please use larger fonts as I am legally blind!!!!!!
