Hello
I am a naturalized USA citizen.
in the process of sponsoring my parents from India to come to USA on greencards
They both are 10 year multiple entry visitor visas(B1) and visit USA once a year .
Their I 130 applications are approved and NVC is ready to send their applications to the consulate in Mumbai.
However, they are coming to USA to stay here for a couple months from july to september 2022
1)Can I now, change the process to adjustment of status to get them the greencard from inside the united status.
or should I just leave things the way they are now and have them attend the green card interview after they go back to India.
Does this process involve filling more forms and more fees?
2) is it even legal to try to get green card via adjustment of status, if parents go back and forth between USA/INDIA every year and stay mostly in India during the year.
Thank you
