I-130 for sister

I am in the process of preparing an I-130 application for my sister. Her brother-in-law (Husband's brother, who is a US citizen), filed an application I-130 for the husband. In my application, when I file the I-130 for my sister, in Part 4, Q10: "Has anyone else filed a petition for the beneficiary?", should I select 'Yes' or 'No'?
