Biometric appointment rescheduling

Hello,
I have a biometric appointment scheduled. I received the letter late Friday, and the date given is July 11. I have scheduled an out of town trip at that time and already have all the reservations made. Is that a good enough reason to reschedule or will I need to come up with something creative to tell the agent? Any help appreciated.

Just reschedule saying you have a vacation all planned out and booked...should be easy.
