I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

I have another question for you..

1/ do I send the check along with form I-130? or just send the form and wait unit they ask me to send check?
2/I look on the form the fee is $355. since you to me using just 1 form, so....it will be $355? or it's going to be $355 for each person. ?

hi all,
I am US citizen, and I would like to petition my married sister ( including her husband, 3 years old girl, and 7 years old boy) to USA.
my questions are:
1/how do i fill out on the I-130 form?. fill all names in one form? or 1 for each form?

2/ what documents do I need to submit? ( I have evidence for my sister, but... I don't know what kind of documents do I submit for my brother in law. and children?

please help.

At this time you will only fill one I-130 form for you sister. There is a section to put your brother in laws and their kids information. You will need to send copies of yours and your sisters birth certificate.
Current waiting period is 9.5 years which MAY decrease in coming years.

$355.00 is the for filing ONE I-130 and since you are filing one I-130, you must send the payment. Once the petition is approved and a visa number is available for your sister, then you/she will pay fees for herself and her family.
Rumors are that this category will be eliminated in future, so please apply soon. Once its eliminated, the processing and wait time may decrease significantly.
