Hi All, My partner (US citizen) and I were married recently and we completed the I-130 and I-130a online and that is paid for and being actively reviewed.
However we had to mail in the I-485 adjustment of status, I-131, & I-765 but I forgot to include the G-1450 forms.
I've not yet heard back with a receipt number yet. I'm assuming they will be rejected and returned to me to be re-filed.
However I'm a bit concerned because whilst those forms arrived at their facilities before the end of my ESTA, when I re-send them back after the expected rejection, the original ESTA will have expired.
Will I be given a grace period to resubmit my forms with updated payment or Will it show that I've overstayed? I'm not sure how that works.
