i-130 not approved yet

hello guys, my mother filed i_130 petition for me on july 18 2010,i m under 21 and live n india, my mother green card holder in usa,after she file she recive a notice from CSC tht say fee was recived ur case is in process, on the top lift corner of notice they put PD july 9, 2010 after tht she did not heard anything from CSC no approval latter so far,NVC november VB show 01 jun 2010 for F2A its allmost current, and there no approval from CSC , please guy s help me, what shall i do?? where do i cantact thankx in advance
