New passport while waiting for IL

Hi
My DQ is 24 April 22 for IR5. However as my passprt was about to expire I had to get a fresh one. Need help on:
- when I get my IL will the medical exam happen on old passport info which comes to consulate?
- will bio happen at VAC with old passport info
- when consulate asks me to modify DS260 for new passport, what is the status of medical and bio done on old passport
