I-130 and I-485

Hi,
My sister came to USA on dependent Visa (h4) (bro-in-law on H1 visa).
I wan to file GC for sis family.

1) Do i need to fill 3 I-130 forms ? (sis+bro-in-law+ son who is 17 years old)

2) Can i file I 485 along with I 130 ? If so, do i need to file 3 I 485 forms? or one for whole family?

You only file one I-130 for your sister. Within the form you will document her husbands and childs name. The current waiting time is 9.5 years. Please send along copies of proofs of relationship between you and your sister.
