I am a physician with three very young kids and I want my parents to come over and stay with me to help me with child care along with a nanny so that I can work 24 hours shifts and night shifts without any worry about what's going on at home with kids. I have a green card, Is it possible for me to file my parents' green card? If yes, can they stay with me here in the USA instead of India when their green card is in process? My parents are doctors and are now retired.
