I-130 for Mother

Hello All,

I am US Citizen and I'd applied I-130 for my mother who is in India right now; USCIS received my letter on 19th August 2010 and i get confirmation from them, but after that i did not get any thing back from them.

Normally how long it takes?

As of now, for california center, its taking exactly 5months for the I-130 approval. I know it because my parents I-130 got approved recently.
