Hi Everyone
I am planning to apply GC for my parents who will be here in December. I have couple of questions.
1. What is the current timeline for I130 , 485 to be approved. I wanted to get an idea of how long their stay will be before they can visit India again.
2. how long does it take for Advance parole to be approved.
3. Is it recommended to wait for couple of months after their stay in USA, before I start the process.
