Case is in NVC already approved & Dqed more then 2 years what documents needed other then the Naturalization Certificate to upgrade case from F2A To IR1, I don't have the Final I-797 Approved letter but do have the before letter on which it's mentioned that USCIS has received the petiton. I do have the Receipt no from the letter. So only Naturalization Certificate will be enough to upgrade the petiton at NVC from F2A to IR1.
