I am a dual citizen of Ireland and the USA. I hold a US social security and passport through my father, but I have lived most of my adult life in Ireland. I have never been employed in the United States.
I would now like to move to the US with my partner, who is Irish. My question is, were we to get engaged or married, would she qualify for a Greencard or visa? She is a fully qualified accountant.
My doubts arise due to the fact I have never worked in the US. I visit multiple times a year to visit family but have never stayed longer than nine months.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
