I-130s were approved for my parents a couple of months ago. I am now in the process of completing the next steps including I-130EZs.
It appears I can submit form I-130EZ for each of them (own income, no derivative beneficiaries, no joint sponsorship). How does one handle Part 4 https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/...ms/i-864ez.pdf where the count would be 5 in each form?
Simultaneously my wife is also filling out I-130EZ for her mother. And our taxes have always been "Married Filing Jointly".
The issue is not one of failing to meet the income requirements. It is what do we put in Part 4?
