Advice to expedite Advance Parole

Filed I-130, I-485 and I-131 concurrently for both parents while they are here in USA. All cases appear Pending. Is there any way to expedite and request AP (I-131) now as they urgently need to visit India? Thank you for your help in advance.

See this page. There are two options. One is to call to try to expedite the filed Advance Parole application. Another, for a very urgent humanitarian situation, is to make an appointment to apply for an Emergency Advance Parole in person at a USCIS office.
