I am a us citizen and appiled for my wife an I-130 in june 2010 , at the end of august my wife was ble to get a tourist visa to come to the us , she stayed one month and left and just came back again on october 29th, our petition is not approved yet, innitially we were going to wait for a consular processing to get her visa overseas, but since she is here again , i want to file an adjustment of status, my quesion is , can i file an I-485 before the i-130 is approved ?? and some told me that i have to wait 30 days after her arrival to the US to apply, please help. Idont want to waist any time. thanks
