Hello all
I am a US citizen, sponsored my brother in 2004 [when his kids were 1 and 2 years old] and got visa interview now, in december. Due to health reasons, he does not even want to go for interview in Mumbai and we are from Tamilnadu.
Understandably he is in a bad shape-health-wise and any amount of emotional support/encouragement gone in vain.
I understand, without principal applicant appearing for interview, not. much can be done for his grown-up children.
Both are very much willing to immigrate.
I am desperate to help them.
I am grateful for any type of lead/input/suggestions.
