IR5 Visa interview

Hi, I have interview for my parents in January 2023 at Mumbai India for IR5 visa and due to some circumstances we would like to check how we can reschedule and what will be the approx wait timeframe for rescheduled interview ??
Also, we have just received email from the Consulate for the interview so I would like to check the next steps and how the documentation process works for the interview ??

Hello, Can you please share the timeline for your application? When did you submit the application, when was the case sent to NVC and when did your case become DQ. I applied for green card (IR5) for my mom in July 2021, Her case was sent to NVC in April 2022 and became DQ in Oct 2022. I am trying to see what priority dates are currently being considered by Mumbai consulate to schedule the interviews. This information will help me estimate how long will be the wait for my mom.
