LPR filing for child under 21

I'm an LPR and my son is going to be 21 in March 2023 so i'm about to file the I-130 and get the ball moving. He will remain in the UK during the process so it will be consulate processing.
My green card was through marriage and we used an attorney then but from what i can see the process looks a lot simpler than the adjustment of status process i did before so i am going to file it myself this time.
Has anyone got any tips they can share or any pitfalls i should know about?

Was your son born before or after you got your green card? Did you get your green card as the spouse of a US citizen or a US permanent resident? Why didn't your son immigrate together with you?
