    Hai,

I am a US citizen and i am not working but my husband is working but he has no citizenship but has a greencard. So now I want to apply greencard for my own brother who lives in india and is also married. Can u plss tell me whether I can apply for greencard for both my brother and sister-in-law together ....and if i apply usually how long will it take for them to get the greencard?

Can i show my husband's income even though i am sponsoring them the greencard?

    thanks,
    dg

You should file an I-130 for your brother. There is place in the I-130 form where you will document his wife's name and kids names if any. The process takes 9.5 years currently and can increase or decrease. In the past, it used to take 12 years. As for financial support, don't worry about it now as the only form you are submitting now is I-130 with copies of proofs stating your relationship with your brother, like birth certificates. The process is fairly simple and you DO NOT need an attorney.
    Good Luck!
