Form I-130 - Employment History related question: I own a home-based E-commerce business (S Corp) with company name say ABCD Inc. and filing for Green card for my parents. I take a salary as the President (my title) of this company. In that case, what should I write in field number:
1) 42 (Name of Employer/ Company)
2) 44 (Your Occupation)

If the business is a registered business, then in these paragraphs you can simply write the name of the company, and in the profession General Director of the company or simply Director.
