Has anyone ever done Direct Consular Filing (Fast Track option for the I-130 filed abroad)?
According to the requirements I would meet all of the conditions. My exceptional circumstance would be a job offer in where I would need to start May 1, 2023 in the US. I'd be sponsoring my wife from Canada. We have two kids and we'd need to get this all done super fast. It seems like it usually takes 1-4 months with a U.S Department of State instead of the USCIS. Anywho, just wondering if anyone could share their experience.
