Hello,
My wife is Mexican and has a tourist visa for the USA and I was born a US citizen. We had a civil marriage in Denmark and would like to move from Denmark to the US this summer. Our plan was to get her an H1B visa so that she could move to the US with me by being sponsored by an employer. However, I talked to a friend and they said we might need to apply for the green card for her instead.
Does anyone know what we should do?
