Hello everyone,
I filed I-130 for my parents residing in India. As of now there is no updates. However my parents are planning to visit Canada in April and to US around June July. My question is what happens if I-130 gets approved while they are in canada? Can they come to US immediately and can i file I-485 to adjust status? Will I-130 be transferred to US instead of India as mentioned originally when I-130 was filed?
