Hi,
A couple of questions, please:
1. How long or what is a safe timeframe for one (parent) to stay in India or on EAD/AP while I-485 (AOS) is pending?
2. Also, haven't received the RFE yet for I-693. Courtesy letter received in Nov, 2021. Any ideas when to expect this or will GC be granted without this?
