How do I correct a mistake made on form I-130 filed online?
I made a stupid mistake that I put my beneficiary's name in the petitioner's signature on form I-130. I filed it online a few days ago and the case status is received already. I chatted with USCIS live agent and was told to write a letter and upload it as "Other" to my USCIS online account. I am not sure how I can properly write the letter.
Will this application be denied eventually so the filing fee is wasted? How do I make up the mistake? Thank you very much for your help.
